Sec. 1.
The maintenance cost of each resident shall be calculated annually.
Transferred from the Indiana State Department of Health ( 410 IAC 30-3-1 ) to the Veterans' Affairs Commission ( 915 IAC 2-3-1 ) by P.L. 21-2008, SECTION 19, effective July 1, 2008.
