Sec. 1.

Pursuant to IC 7.1-3-1.1, a permittee may deposit their permit with the commission for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of issuance or its most recent expiration date. The request for the action shall be in writing and shall state the reasons why the permittee is unable to immediately operate the business to which the permit applies. The permittee shall also include a proposed timetable and plan for putting the permit into use.
