Sec. 4.
(a) An in-house training provider may conduct server programs.
(b) An in-house training provider shall do the following:
(1) Designate a program
director.
(2) Submit to the
commission for approval all training and certification materials prior to
use.
(3) Only conduct server
programs at locations approved by the commission.
(4) Upon successful completion of a server
program, issue an approved certificate that is valid for three (3) years from
the date of issuance in accordance with IC
7.1-3-1.5-13(a)(2),
except for retailer and dealer permittees described in IC
7.1-3-1.5-13(b)(2)
who will be issued certificates that are
valid for five (5) years.
