Sec. 5.
(a) All courses must be instructional and contribute to professional competence in the practice of real estate.
(b) The following courses do not qualify:
(1) Real
estate broker or salesperson prelicensing courses under IC 25-34.1-Sec.
5.
(2) Examination
preparation.
(3) Sales
meetings.
(4) In-house training
sessions.
(5)
Correspondence.
(6) Motivational
classes or seminars.
