Sec. 5.
(a) To qualify as continuing education under this rule as provided for in IC 25-1-4-0.5, a course must be an orderly process of instruction that is:
(1) approved by an approved organization (as
defined by IC 25-1-4-0.2) or the board; and
(2) designed to directly enhance the land
surveyor's knowledge and skill in providing land surveying services relevant to
the profession of land surveying.
(b) Qualifying continuing education courses are categorized either as mandatory under section 6 of this rule or elective under section 7 of this rule.
