Sec. 10.
(a) The registered land surveyor is responsible for obtaining the evidence necessary to demonstrate that:
(1) any course for which
continuing education credit will subsequently be claimed was completed;
and
(2) the course met the
requirements of this rule.
(b) The registered land surveyor shall retain the evidence required in subsection (a) for not less than three (3) years as provided for in IC 25-1-4-3(a)(2).
