Originally adopted by the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. Name changed by P.L.23-1991, SECTION 42, effective July 1, 1991. Wherever in any promulgated text there appears a reference to State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, substitute State Board of Registration for Professional Surveyors. Under P.L.57-2013, SECTION 42, the name of the State Board of Registration for Land Surveyors is changed to the State Board of Registration for Professional Surveyors, effective July 1, 2013.
