Sec. 2.
A bidder or offeror that is a foreign corporation must be registered with the secretary of state to do business in Indiana in order to be considered responsible, unless the activity required by the contract is exempt pursuant to IC 23-1-49-1 [IC 231-49 was repealed by P.L. 118-2017, SECTION 22, effective January 1, 2018.].
