Sec. 4.

There are restricted areas designated for parking or loading or unloading for persons with disabilities. The areas will be clearly and visibly marked with appropriate signage indicating the areas are restricted to such usage. Vehicles that are parked in a restricted area must display an authorized license plate or state issued window sticker or hang tag that is visible and that clearly indicates that the vehicle is authorized to use areas designated for parking or loading or unloading for persons with disabilities. Any vehicle not displaying a license plate, window sticker, or hang tag will not be allowed to use that area.
