Sec. 1.
The notary public must notify the secretary of state within thirty (30) days after the notary public changes the remote technology vendor or contracts with an additional remote technology vendor. A notary public may use more than one (1) remote technology vendor. If the notary public fails to meet these standards, then the secretary of state may suspend or revoke the notary public's commission and the notary public's remote authorization.
