Section 3-25 - Disorderly conduct

Sec. 25.

The following shall constitute disorderly conduct and be reason for any penalty of a licensee as provided by these rules:

(1) Failure to obey the judges' orders that are expressly authorized by these rules.

(2) Appearing in the paddock in an unfit condition.

(3) Fighting.

(4) Assaults.

(5) Offensive and profane language.

(6) Smoking on the track in silks during actual racing hours.

(7) Warming up a horse prior to racing without silks.

(8) Disturbing the peace.

(9) Refusal or failure to take a breath test when directed to do so under to 71 IAC 8-11-2.
