Section 9-2 - Improper language

Sec. 2.

If any licensed person:

(1) uses improper language to the racing officials or member of the racing commission or threatens such officials;

(2) uses profane or indecent language;

(3) carries or exhibits a deadly weapon; or

(4) otherwise disturbs the peace of any race track enclosure;

he or she may be ejected, fined, suspended, or referred to the commission for any penalty provided by these rules.
