Sec. 9.

(a) A motion to continue a hearing or deposition must be made at least ten (10) days before the hearing or deposition date unless the requesting party can show good cause.

(b) Continuances may be granted by the hearing officer upon a showing of good cause.

(c) The hearing officer may order a continuance of a hearing on the hearing officer's own initiative.
