Sec. 2.

(a) The executive director or the executive director's designee will maintain the exclusion list. The executive director or executive director's designee must notify each casino licensee or operating agent under the jurisdiction of the commission of each addition to the list or deletion from the list in a timely manner.

(b) The exclusion list is a public record.

(c) The following information, to the extent known, shall be provided for each excluded person:

(1) The full name and date of birth and all aliases.

(2) A physical description.

(3) The effective date the person's name was placed on the exclusion list.

(4) A photograph, if available.

(5) The person's occupation and current home and business address.

(6) The date that the person's exclusion expires, if any.

(7) Such other information deemed necessary by the executive director to facilitate identification of the person placed on the exclusion list.
