Section 2-9 - Prohibitions for Level 1 occupational licensees

Sec. 9.

(a) Level 1 occupational licensees and their immediate family members, as defined by 68 IAC 1-1-48, living in a Level 1 occupational licensee's household, are prohibited from gambling at a casino where the Level 1 occupational licensee is affiliated with or employed, or at an Indiana casino owned or operated by the same or affiliated company.

(b) Level 1 occupational licensees are prohibited from utilizing the casino cage to conduct any kind of financial transaction, unless it is a function of the licensee's job duties as approved by the commission.

(c) Level 1 occupational licensees are prohibited from conducting currency transactions in excess of five thousand dollars ($5,000) with:

(1) an employee of the casino gambling operation; or

(2) a supplier or vendor of the casino gambling operation for which the Level 1 occupational licensee is licensed.
