Section 2-10 - Revocation, suspension, and disciplinary action

Sec. 10.

(a) The commission or executive director may take any action against a certificate of authority holder, vendor, or sports wagering service provider licensee at any time, including, but not limited to:

(1) revocation; or

(2) suspension; of the certificate or license at any time that the commission or executive director determines the certificate of authority holder or licensee is in violation of IC 4-33, IC 4-35, IC 4-38, or this article, or if such action is in the best interest of Indiana and will protect and enhance the credibility and integrity of sports wagering operations.

(b) If the commission determines that a sports wagering licensee is in violation of IC 4-38 or this article, the commission may take action as the commission deems necessary, including commencing disciplinary proceedings assessing monetary penalties. Disciplinary action shall be pursued against the certificate of authority holder or licensee in accordance with the procedures in 68 IAC 13, except any provision therein that is inapplicable to sports wagering.
