Sec. 1.
(a) A game operator shall develop and publish procedures by which a game participant may file a complaint with the game operator by Internet chat, in writing, or by other means, about any aspect of a paid fantasy sports game.
(b) A game operator shall respond to such complaints in writing within thirty (30) business days. If the relief requested in the complaint will not be granted, the response to the complaint shall state the reasons with specificity.
