Section 3-9 - Reapplication for denied game operator license

Sec. 9.

(a) A game operator whose application for a game operator license has been denied may not reapply for a game operator license for a period of one (1) year from the date on which the commission voted to deny its application, unless the commission grants leave.

(b) The executive director may grant leave for reapplication if the applicant can demonstrate that the reason the original application was denied no longer exists or bars suitability for licensure.
