Section 6-2 - Repair of MGDs

Sec. 2.

(a) Active MGDs that are not working or that have a malfunction that cannot be immediately addressed by dispatched IT technicians will be marked for repair on the active MGD log.

(b) Casino IT shall disassociate the MAC address of the MGD in need of repair with the server so the device is inactive during repair.

(c) As MGDs are repaired, the MAC address will be re-associated with the server, the active device log will be updated, and the active device will be placed back into active service.
