Sec. 4.
(a) Transactions must be identifiable and maintained in a system audit log.
(b) A deposit into a limited mobile gaming player account must not be available for gambling until such time as the transaction has been approved by the appropriate issuing authority except in the case of cash deposits. This authorization must be maintained in a system audit log.
(c) Casino licensees must provide information to patrons about whether the casino licensee protects patron funds and the methods it uses to do so and about how it deals with unclaimed funds from dormant accounts.
