Sec. 35.
(a) The executive director or the executive director's designee must appoint to an event a minimum of one (1) event physician licensed under IC 4-33-22 and this article.
(b) The event physician must be present directly outside the fighting area to provide immediate emergency medical care while the bout is in progress.
(c) The event physician must:
(1) enter the fighting area immediately after
the conclusion of a bout to examine the fighters; and
(2) recommend a medical suspension for a
fighter that the event physician determines appropriate.
(d) The executive director or the executive director's designee may appoint additional licensed physicians.
