Sec. 16.
(a) In addition to the expenses listed in IC 4-32.3-5-3(b), a qualified organization may use its gross receipts received from an allowable activity for necessary charitable gaming expenses in reasonable amounts.
(b) Any expenses under subsection (a) must be incurred in connection with the holding, operating, or conducting of an allowable activity.
