Sec. 46.
(a) A casino licensee shall not do the following:
(1) Use electronic gaming devices unless the
commission has licensed the devices.
(2) Conduct tournaments unless it has
obtained approval from the executive director, in writing, in accordance with
section 45 of this rule.
(b) The casino licensee must submit its proposals, in writing, at least sixty (60) days before commencing use of the electronic gaming device or commencing the tournament.
(c) The executive director shall issue a decision.
(d) The casino licensee may appeal an adverse decision to licensure of an electronic gaming device under 68 IAC 7-1. An adverse decision to tournament approval is final after review by the commission in accordance with section 49 of this rule.
