Sec. 22.
A casino licensee shall not permit a game to be played other than those specifically named in IC 4-33 or IC 4-35 and approved by the commission. For each game, the casino licensee shall provide a set of game rules to the executive director one hundred twenty (120) days in advance of the game's operation or within a shorter time period as the executive director may designate.
