Sec. 2.
(a) At the end of each business day, the supplier licensee must disable all electronic gaming devices and live gaming devices.
(b) The supplier licensee must ensure that:
(1) the public does not have access to the
devices located within the warehouse; and
(2) the devices are not played for any type
of entertainment or gambling purpose.
(c) The supplier licensee must provide security measures and surveillance coverage that is deemed adequate by the executive director or the executive director's designee to ensure:
(1) compliance with the Act and this title;
and
(2) that the devices are not
used for gambling or any entertainment purpose.
