Sec. 1.
(a) This rule applies to casino licensees and casino license applicants.
(b) The following definitions apply throughout this rule:
(1) "Cash equivalents"
means investments with an original maturity of three (3) months or less that
would be permissible investments under Indiana law for state monies held by the
state treasurer under IC
5-13-10.5.
(2) "Payout" means the drop less the amount
of the casino licensee win.
