Section 1-0.5 - Purpose

Sec. 0.5.

The purposes of the casino licensee's surveillance operation include, but are not limited to, the following:

(1) Protecting the safety of the public.

(2) Monitoring regulatory compliance with IC 4-33, IC 4-35, and this title.

(3) Safeguarding the assets of the casino licensee.

(4) Maintaining the overall integrity of the gaming operation.
