Rule 4 - Opening and Closing Live Gaming Devices
Section 4-1 - General provisions

Sec. 1.
(a) This rule applies to all riverboat licensees.
(b) The following definitions apply throughout this rule:
(1) "Closer" means the
original copy of the inventory slip that:
(A)
is deposited into the drop box; and
(B) contains the closing dollar amount of the
live gaming device.
(2)
"Inventory slip" means a two-part form containing the count of the chips
remaining at the live gaming device when a live gaming device is
closed.
(3) "Opener" means the
duplicate copy of the inventory slip that:
(A)
remains at the table; and
(B)
contains the opening dollar amount of the live gaming device.
