Section 1-3 - Submission and approval of internal control procedures

Sec. 3.
(a) At various times throughout this article, the casino licensee or casino license applicant will be required to submit internal control procedures to the commission. The internal control procedures must be submitted in accordance with this rule.
(b) Internal control procedures must comply with the provisions of IC 4-33, IC 4-35, and this title.
(c) Submissions of internal control procedures shall be handled in the following manner:
(d) If the executive director determines, at any time, that approved internal control procedures are not adequate to ensure compliance with IC 4-33, IC 4-35, and this title, the executive director may direct the casino licensee, in writing, to amend its internal control procedures in accordance with section 4 of this rule.
(e) The casino licensee or casino license applicant shall stamp or otherwise mark each page of the internal control procedures submitted to the commission with the word "CONFIDENTIAL" if the material submitted is not subject to disclosure under IC 4-33 or IC 5-14, or both.
