Sec. 4.
(a) All bets must be placed by patrons before the wheel is spun. The patron may make a wager not less than the minimum nor more than the maximum amount set for the Big Six table by the riverboat licensee.
(b) Winning wagers must be paid at the following odds:
(1) A bet on the one dollar ($1) insignia
must be paid at the odds of at least one (1) to one (1).
(2) A bet on the two dollar ($2) insignia
must be paid at the odds of at least two (2) to one (1).
(3) A bet on the five dollar ($5) insignia
must be paid at the odds of at least five (5) to one (1).
(4) A bet on the ten dollar ($10) insignia
must be paid at the odds of at least ten (10) to one (1).
(5) A bet on the twenty dollar ($20) insignia
must be paid at the odds of at least twenty (20) to one (1).
(6) A bet on the joker insignia must be paid
at the odds of at least forty (40) to one (1).
(7) A bet on the logo or design insignia
approved by the executive director in accordance with
68 IAC
14-9-2 shall be paid at the odds of at least forty
(40) to one (1).
(c) Promotional wagers must be paid at odds approved by the executive director.
