Sec. 8.

(a) Cards used at a blackjack game must be dealt from the hand or from a dealing shoe specifically designed for the purpose and located on the table to the left of the dealer.

(b) If the dealer deals the cards by hand, the dealer may not turn the deck upside down and must keep the deck flat. The cards must be held and dealt in a manner that does not expose the value of any card to a player or a spectator.

(c) If a shoe is used, it must be attached to the table by means of a chain or another mechanism to prevent it from being removed from the table.
