Sec. 13.

(a) A player shall indicate that the player wants an additional card by making a clearly visible hand motion as directed by the riverboat licensee.

(b) A player shall indicate that the player wants to stand and not receive additional cards by making a clearly visible hand motion as directed by the riverboat licensee.

(c) The riverboat licensee shall ensure that all players are aware of the correct hand motions that are to be utilized to signify the player wants to receive an additional card or wants to stand.
