Rule 11 - Three Card Poker

Sec. 1.
(a) This rule applies to all riverboat licensees.
(b) Three Card Poker shall be conducted in conformance with this rule.
(c) Riverboat licensees may only offer the game of Three Card Poker on a table and layout that are in compliance with 68 IAC 14.
(d) The following definitions apply throughout this rule:
(1) "Ante bonus" means a
bonus payment that is given to a patron who has bet against the dealer and who
has a hand consisting of one (1) of the following:
(A) A straight flush.
(B) Three (3) of a kind.
(C) A straight.
(2) "Pairplus" means a wager that allows the
patron to bet on the value of the patron's hand so that the patron's hand is
not compared to the dealer's hand.
(3) "Stub" means the stack of cards remaining
in the deck of cards after the dealer has dealt three (3) cards to each
participating patron and the dealer.
