Section 8-3 - Submission of support facility building documents

Sec. 3.

Upon the request of the executive director, artists' renderings and architectural and engineering drawings of the support facilities shall be submitted to the executive director not less than thirty (30) days prior to the initiation of construction activities unless the drawings were approved during the application process. Support facilities shall be constructed in accordance with approved renderings and drawings submitted.
