Section 16-5 - Termination of license

Sec. 5.

(a) If a casino owner's license is terminated for any reason, the casino licensee shall immediately cease the conduct of gaming activity and secure the assets of the casino gambling operation. The casino licensee shall not dispose of any assets of the casino gambling operation until written approval has been obtained from the commission.

(b) The casino licensee or casino license applicant remains under the jurisdiction of the commission until all matters associated with the casino owner's license or certificate of suitability are resolved.
