Sec. 3.3.

(a) A casino licensee must take reasonable steps to prevent immediate family members of Level 1 and Level 2 occupational licensees from winning prizes in violation of 68 IAC 2-3-9.6.

(b) A casino licensee must not award any prize to an immediate family member of a Level 1 or Level 2 occupational licensee who wins a prize in violation of 68 IAC 2-3-9.6.

(c) A casino licensee must report to the commission any violation of 68 IAC 2-3-9.6 as soon as the casino licensee becomes aware of the violation.
