Sec. 96.

"Twenty-one" or "blackjack" means a card game played with a single deck or multiple decks of cards dealt from a shoe. The player attempts to beat the dealer by obtaining a total equal to or less than twenty-one (21) so that his or her total is higher than the dealer's.
