Sec. 85.

"Substantial creditor" means the holder of any debt instrument of whatever character, against an individual or business entity, whether secured or unsecured, matured or unmatured, liquidated or unliquidated, absolute, fixed or contingent, the aggregate amount of which is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) or more.
