Sec. 13.8.

"Certificate of suitability" means a written document issued by the executive director that indicates that an applicant has been chosen for licensure if the applicant meets the requirements set forth in 68 IAC 2-1-5(e). A certificate of suitability is valid for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days unless extended by the commission.
