Sec. 28.

Belts, bars, foot rests, and other equipment provided as specified by the manufacturer for:

(1) safe entrance and exit; and

(2) support while the regulated amusement device is in operation;

shall be provided. The equipment and the fastenings shall be of such strength to restrain the passengers safely. The fastenings shall be of a type that cannot be inadvertently released.
