Sec. 18.4.
"Historical boiler" means a steam boiler of riveted or welded construction. Historical boilers include steam tractors, traction engines, hobby steam boilers, portable steam boilers, and other such boilers that are being preserved, restored, and maintained for demonstration, viewing, or educational purposes.
