Rule 4 - Definitions
Section 4-38 - "Place of public assembly" defined

Sec. 38.
"Place of public assembly" means a location:
(1) at which persons assemble for civic, educational, religious, social, or recreational purposes;
(2) that is provided by a common carrier for passengers awaiting transportation; or
(3) in which persons are:
(A) housed to receive medical, charitable, or
other care or treatment; or
(B)
held or detained for public, civic, or correctional purposes.
