Sec. 25.1.
"Instant-on water heater" (also known as a tankless water heater or instantaneous water heater) means a water heater in which water is heated by direct flame or passes over or through a heating coil or element to produce rapid heating of potable water that does not exceed any of the following limits:
(1) Two hundred thousand (200,000) Btu per hour (or fifty-seven (57) kW) heat input.
(2) One hundred sixty (160) psig MAWP.
(3) Two hundred ten (210) degrees Fahrenheit outlet water temperature.
