Sec. 13.
(a) Insurance inspection agencies shall notify the division within thirty (30) days of all boiler or unfired pressure vessel policies written, canceled, or not renewed.
(b) If coverage on a boiler or unfired pressure vessel is rejected or suspended because of unsafe conditions, the inspector shall notify the division as required in section 12 of this rule.
