Sec. 4.
(a) Each building shall have at least one (1) building entrance on an exterior accessible route.
(b) Only one (1) entrance is required to be accessible to any one (1) ground floor of a building, except in cases where an individual dwelling unit has a separate exterior entrance. In every case, the accessible entrance shall be on an accessible route to the dwelling unit.
