Section 2-2 - Application for licensure as a licensed regulated explosive use-blaster

Sec. 2.

An applicant for licensure as a licensed regulated explosive use-blaster shall submit evidence to the office of the state fire marshal on a form approved by the fire prevention and building safety commission and under penalty of perjury that the individual:

(1) has successfully completed:

(A) the examination approved by the office of the state fire marshal and administered by an approved testing agency; and

(B) one (1) year of experience in the proper use of regulated explosives;

(2) is at least twenty-one (21) years of age; and

(3) has submitted the fee required in section 4 of this rule.
