Sec. 12.

(a) Change the next to last sentence of Section 250.104(B) to read as follows: The equipment grounding conductor for the circuit that is likely to energize the piping shall be permitted to serve as the bonding means if connected using a fixed wiring method.

(b) Add a new sentence at the end of Section 250.104(B) to read as follows: All metal gas piping upstream from the equipment shutoff valve(s) shall be electrically continuous.
