That certain document, being titled as National Electrical Code, 2008 Edition, first printing, published by the National Fire Protection Association, One Batterymarch Park, Quincy, Massachusetts 02169-7471, is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of the rule, except those portions as are amended and adopted in sections 3 through 30 of this rule [renumbered by the Publisher as sections 3 through 27 of this rule].
