Sec. 3.
(a) In accordance with 675 IAC 15-1.2-3, it shall be unlawful for production of an industrialized building system or mobile structure to begin without first obtaining a construction design release.
(b) The following fees are applicable if production is started before the issuance of a design release:
| (1) System plan review, including structural/typical systems: | |

| (B) residential, add-a-room, or duplex | $6403 |
| (C) commercial | $1,0103,4 |
| (2) Addenda, including structural/typical systems: | |
| (A) filing fee | $60 |
| (B) residential, add-a-room, or duplex | $1703 |
| (C) commercial | $210 3,4 |
Notes:
3Includes only the original floor plan. A one hundred dollar ($100) fee is charged for each additional floor plan. Crawlspace or basement plans are considered a floor plan.
4Includes two (2) units as a completed structure. A one hundred dollar ($100) fee is charged for each additional module unit.
