Sec. 6.

(a) An in-plant inspection shall be preformed [sic., performed] at the manufacturing facility. Personnel from the office of the state building commissioners office shall perform the in-plant inspection.

(b) The industrialized building system or mobile structure shall be partially dismantled to readily allow inspection of the following:

(1) Exterior wall construction.

(2) Interior load-bearing wall construction.

(3) Roof/ceiling construction.

(4) Floor construction.

(5) Electrical service panel wall area.

(6) Plumbing, including water distribution, draining, waste, and venting.

(c) The manufacturer shall pay the fees as required by 675 IAC 15-1.6.
